2. Rentals & Payments

All rentals require a deposit to secure your date. Full payment is due before or on the day of delivery unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time. Once equipment has been delivered and set up, payments are non-refundable. Multi-day rentals or additional services may include extra fees, which will be discussed prior to booking.

3. Equipment Care & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all rented equipment from the time of delivery until it is picked up. Any damage, loss, or theft of items will result in additional charges for repair or replacement. Equipment must not be moved, altered, or used for purposes other than its intended use. In case of unsafe weather, LongHorn Event Supply reserves the right to delay or cancel setup for safety reasons.

4. Delivery & Setup

Delivery and pickup times are scheduled in advance. Delays caused by blocked access, locked gates, or incomplete site preparation may result in additional charges. Our staff is responsible for setup and takedown of all tents, tables, and major equipment. Smaller items may be arranged by the customer under guidance.

5. Liability

LongHorn Event Supply is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage that occur during the rental period. By using our equipment, you agree to hold harmless LongHorn Event Supply, its employees, and contractors from any claims or damages arising from the use of our products or services.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future date if canceled at least 7 days before your event. Cancellations within 7 days of the event may result in loss of deposit and/or partial payment, depending on the setup size and labor involved.

7. Privacy & Data
